h999 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "You", "User") and h999.life ("h999", "We", "Us", "Platform"). By accessing h999.life, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account on h999 and must not use any services offered through h999.life. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for members resident in Pakistan. h999 operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and all monetary references in these Terms are in PKR unless stated otherwise.

To register an account on h999, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gaming exclusion register.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended h999 account.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. h999 may request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.

h999 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Registration does not create any obligation on the part of h999 to accept any specific bet or provide access to any specific game or service.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your h999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. h999 will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, WhatsApp, or telephone. Any person who requests your password claiming to represent h999 is not an authorised h999 representative.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify h999 support immediately. h999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the member failed to maintain reasonable security of their login credentials.

h999 accounts are for personal use only. You must not allow any third party to use your account or place bets on your behalf. Any winnings generated through a third party using your account are subject to forfeiture and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

h999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, where h999 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been involved in fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, or any other breach of these Terms. Any balance held in a suspended account will be dealt with in accordance with h999's internal investigation process.

All deposits and withdrawals on h999 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). h999 accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), Visa, and Mastercard. h999 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts not in your own name.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method and account name that matches the verified identity on your h999 account. h999 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documents – including a CNIC copy and proof of address – before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 days of the request may result in the withdrawal being declined.

h999 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside h999's control. Withdrawal times stated above are targets and not guarantees; processing times may vary during high-volume periods or due to payment provider delays.

h999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet offers, cashback promotions, and VIP Club rewards to eligible members. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated clearly on the individual promotion page at the time the offer is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for the subject of that conflict only.

General bonus rules applicable to all h999 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to members who have met the identity verification requirements for their account tier.
• Each promotion is available once per member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using the bonus balance before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means you must wager the bonus amount ten times).
• Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%, while some casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after meeting wagering requirements are available for withdrawal.
• h999 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any winnings derived from it if h999 determines that the promotion has been exploited, abused, or claimed fraudulently.

VIP Club cashback rewards have separate terms applicable to each VIP tier. These are available in the VIP Club section of your h999 account after qualifying for a tier.

All bets placed on h999 are binding once confirmed by the member. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet, regardless of any subsequent changes to market prices. By confirming a bet, you accept the displayed odds and stake as the terms of your wager.

h999 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The odds were published due to a technical error and were materially different from the fair market price at the time of placement.
• The event to which the bet relates is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum number of periods required for the market to stand has been completed.
• The bet was placed after the event had already commenced, where the market was not designated as an in-play market.
• h999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet was placed using insider information or as part of a coordinated attempt to manipulate markets.

In-play betting markets are subject to delays in accepting bets to account for live data transmission. h999 accepts no liability for bets placed or rejected during in-play events where a delay has been clearly disclosed on the market.

Results for all sports betting markets are settled using the official result declared by the relevant sport's governing body. Where no official result is available within a reasonable timeframe, h999 will use its reasonable judgement based on available evidence to settle the market, and such settlement will be final.

h999's casino games – including slots, roulette, and table games – and virtual sports products use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that is independently audited. The RNG produces statistically fair outcomes and cannot be influenced by h999, its staff, or any member.

By participating in any casino game or virtual sports event on h999, you accept that:

• Results are determined by certified RNG software and are final once the game round or event is complete.
• The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is a long-run statistical figure and does not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
• Attempting to exploit software glitches, game errors, or any technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings obtained in this manner.
• Virtual sports outcomes are generated fresh for each event and previous results have no statistical influence on future outcomes.

Where a casino game or virtual sports event fails to complete due to a technical fault on h999's systems, h999 will restore the session to its state immediately before the fault occurred where technically possible. Where this is not possible, h999 will refund the stake placed on the affected round or event to the member's h999 balance.

h999 is committed to providing a safe betting environment and takes responsible gaming obligations seriously. h999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all members, accessible from the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits that cap the total amount you can deposit in a given period. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications that alert you when you have been actively using the platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of your ability to deposit or place bets for a period of 24 hours to 30 days. Your balance is preserved and withdrawals remain available during a cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term closure of your h999 account, available for periods from six months upward. h999 will process self-exclusion requests without delay and without attempting to dissuade the member.

Where h999's monitoring systems identify patterns of betting behaviour that may indicate problem gambling, h999 reserves the right to apply responsible gaming measures proactively, including temporary deposit restrictions, without prior member request. h999 will inform the affected member of any proactive measure applied and the reason for it.

h999 does not extend credit to members and does not allow bets to be placed with negative account balances. All bets must be placed from available real-money or bonus balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on h999. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance:

• Creating multiple h999 accounts for any purpose, including claiming promotional offers more than once.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with h999 games, markets, or betting systems.
• Colluding with other members or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using a payment method or bank account that does not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.
• Placing bets with the primary intention of triggering a liability for h999 through abuse of bonus terms, rather than as genuine speculative wagering.
• Using h999's platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or unintended game behaviour for financial gain.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any third party to access your account.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with h999's software, systems, or back-end infrastructure.

h999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial regulators. Any account found to be involved in fraudulent, money laundering, or other criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation.

All content published on h999.life – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software – is the property of h999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use h999.life for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any h999 content without written permission.
• Using any h999 branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised by h999.
• Scraping, crawling, or automated harvesting of any data or content from h999.life.
• Framing or mirroring any part of h999.life on any other website or digital property.

Any unauthorised use of h999's intellectual property will be subject to legal action. The h999 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of h999.life and may not be used without express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h999 shall not be liable to any member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of h999.life, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

h999's total liability to any member for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of h999.life shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

h999 is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure arises from circumstances beyond h999's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, natural disasters, regulatory changes, or government actions.

All disputes with h999 must first be raised through h999's internal complaints process by contacting h999 support at support@h999.life. h999 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and issue a final determination within 14 business days of receipt. If you are unsatisfied with h999's determination, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process available to you under your local consumer protection framework.

h999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, h999 will notify registered members via email or through a prominent notice on h999.life no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, in which case the changes may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of h999.life after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using h999.life and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.
